Rate Disclaimer: Rates apply to service within Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. Tolls, parking, airport fees, and a 20% gratuity are not included in the hourly rate. A 3-hour minimum applies to all hourly bookings.

Booking Details

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Standard terms based on Southeast Michigan chauffeured transportation industry practice.

Payment

25% deposit due at booking (credit/debit card)
Remaining balance due to chauffeur at start of trip
20% gratuity automatically added to every fare
Corporate accounts: Net-15 invoicing available upon approval

Cancellation & No-Show

Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup
50% of fare charged for cancellations 6–24 hours before pickup
Full fare charged for cancellations under 6 hours or no-shows
Airport no-show: $25 minimum or full fare, whichever is greater

Wait time: 15 minutes complimentary for point-to-point pickups, 60 minutes complimentary for flight-tracked airport pickups. Additional wait time billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate.
